刨台式数控铣镗床PBCE series

This machine is a large planer CNC milling and boring machine,mainly used for processing large,medium-size,large,medium weight large variety of basic,plate,disc-type parts,housing parts,molds,and other varieties of parts,aworkpiece after clamping automatic,efficent,continuous high-precision machining to complete milling,drilling,boring,reaming,and other processes for aerospace,heavy machinery,locomotives,shipbuilding,power generation,machine tools,printing,textile,mold and other manufacturing industries.

    X/Y/Z servo axes adopt the servo motor with the direct connection of precision planetary gear box to drive the large diameter and high precision duel nut preloaded ball screw. The machine tool adopts the linear rolling guide way, where X-axis and Z-axis adopt the design of three guide ways to guarantee the high loading and high stability of the machine tool.


    The spindle adopts the high precision SKF bearing,using the techniques of spindle ring external cooling and spindle bearing thin oil lubrication cooling to guarantee the long-time high precision operation of spindle .The boring spindle is made of the advanced material, After the careful heat treatment, It promotes the stiffness of W axis and its precision durability.

    The gear box adopts the two-shift and four-speed transmission .The maximal rotation of spindle can reach 2500rpm/min. It can meet the large-torque requirement during the rough machining and the high rotational speed during the fine machining.

    It adopts the servo motor to control the duel gap-eliminating gear box to drive the imported precision gear ring for the rotary motion. It is equipped with the angular grating ruler to meet the requirement of high positioning precision of ±6" for any indexing of the rotary table. It is also equipped with the four-point positioning device to meet the requirement of high positioning device to meet the requirement of high positioning precision of ±4" for 90°indexing of the rotary table.


    All fundamental large parts have received the finite element analysis and they are all optimized through the static analysis, dynamic and thermal stability analysis, which greatly improve the dynamic and static stiffness and thermal stability. The column adopts the form of inclined double wall,which can meet the requirement of high stiffness during the large torque output of spindle.
